The Portal won’t let you sign up for a class twice, or pay for a 1-2-1 lesson twice (which would normally happen from time to time) and it will even show you what you have coming up with a dancing calendar.

If you know you’re going to be away for one or more of the classes in a month, use the drop-in feature to select what classes you would like to attend.

1-2-1 lessons can be managed on the Portal no matter if you’re booking a new 1-2-1, or cancelling a pre-booked 1-2-1.

The AutoPay feature is purely a way to pay for classes and 1-2-1 lessons automatically. Therefore it will never charge you for something you haven’t signed up for.

Cancelling a regularly scheduled 1-2-1 lesson on the Portal is simple….once you know how!
Go to the ‘Book a Private Lesson’ page and the select ‘My Appointments’ at the top of the page. Then, you should be able to see all the appointments you have booked for the year.

Go to the ‘Book a Class’ option at the bottom of the page and click on the class you are interested in dropping in on. Then, rather than enrolling in the class, select the ‘Drop-in’ option on the right
